Helixoy was founded in Spain in May 2026 by a team that had spent years watching good analysis get lost between the dashboard tool, the chat app and the inbox.
02 / Story
Why we started
Every organisation we worked with had the same shape of problem. The data team built dashboards in one product. Business users asked questions about them in another. Decisions were made in a third — usually email — and nobody could later say which version of which chart the decision was based on.
We built Helixoy to put those pieces back together. One workspace where an ad-hoc query, a dashboard and a full data application share the same data model, the same permissions and the same conversation.
What we believe
- Context belongs with the data. A comment is only useful if it is attached to the exact thing it is about.
- Self-service needs guardrails. Business users should be able to answer their own questions, and the data team should be able to trust the answers.
- Infrastructure is a promise. Losing a cloud region should not be something your users notice.
- You choose where your data lives. Public cloud or your own servers, with the same product either way.
Where we are
Helixoy is headquartered in Spain and serves customers across Europe and beyond. Our platform is hosted in the EU by default, with additional regions and self-hosted deployment available for organisations with specific residency needs.
